**What the day will look like**:
As a **Sales Planning Director**, you will support with the achievement of team goals by:
- Deep analysis and important metrics generation of sales performance against budget across areas, segments, products and accounts executives, along with diagnosis and recommendations to be presented to leadership.
- Ensure alignment between strategy and growth opportunities, guided by official indicators and C&S leaders.
- Lead local financial planning and forecasting process in collaboration with finance on a monthly basis, as well as annual budget process, aligned with CRS & HRS.
- Structure and support the Client Value Creation Model proposition, which give global standards and critical metrics to be followed.
- Set standards, governance, and provide proactive insights to CCO and division leaders relative to account planning, pipeline management and opportunity forecasting.
- Supporting the development of Sales campaigns in partnership with C&S team with Mkt & Comms.
- Act as conduit between CCO Brazil and teams to intermediate all matters and projects which requires CCO's attention.
- Ensure smooth rollout of initiatives and systems cascaded by Regional and/or Global teams, bringing to bear results and reducing overlap by growing capacity in the country.
- Deliver proactive sales insights by location and industries, through business intelligence process in order to foment insightful discussions about performance efficiency and sales force direction.
**Skills and experience that will lead to success**:
Strong planning, analytical and communication skills with the ability to provide insight and recommendations will lead to increased success and appreciation.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
- Experience in team leadership.
- A good level of Spanish would be an advantage.
- Background experience in Insurance Market is a differential.
