LATAM Digital Marketing Manager, Dental Solutions – Solventum Job Description Solventum, a new company born from the 3M Healthcare split, is dedicated to improving lives through smarter, safer care. We combine health, materials, and data science to create innovative solutions for patients and professionals. Impact & Scope Lead the implementation of omnichannel marketing solutions and generative AI to enhance customer experiences and drive commercial efficiency across Latin America. Responsibilities Collaborate with Communications, Portfolio, UX, and Technology to design and execute integrated campaigns across digital, traditional, events, and internal communications. Design and launch omnichannel strategies using platforms such as Infobip, Salesforce, and Eloqua. Explore and integrate generative AI solutions (GPT, Claude, etc.) into communication flows, customer service, and content creation. Coordinate chatbots, voicebots, and virtual assistants to align with business goals. Automate campaigns and user journeys via email, WhatsApp Business, social media, and other channels. Measure and optimize performance using relevant KPIs. Identify continuous improvement opportunities across processes, tools, and strategies. Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. Support eCommerce strategy through product content and pixel management for distributors. Manage digital presence on the website to provide a seamless omnichannel experience. Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful integrations and tangible business impact. Stay current on emerging marketing technologies and recommend strategic adoption. Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Digital Communication, Data Science, or related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in tech marketing, automation, or platform integration. Demonstrated success in digital marketing and technology automation, with concrete case studies. Proven results using generative AI in digital environments to improve customer experience. Hands‑on knowledge of Infobip, Twilio, HubSpot, Salesforce, Eloqua, or similar platforms. Experience implementing chatbots and AI generative solutions. Additional Requirements Proactive innovation mindset to explore new technologies for dental business. Ability to translate business needs into effective technology solutions. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams. Capacity to work in dynamic environments with multiple priorities and a results focus. Evidence of positive impact on process efficiency and commercial value through technology. Travel & Relocation Up to 20% travel (national/international). No relocation assistance authorized. Must be legally authorized to work in the target country without a work visa.
