**General description / Misión**:Ensure accomplishment of the customer demands, regarding quality aspects, agreed on contract by integrating all qualities and by creating synergy within the areas that interacts along the projects.
**Tasks / Funciones**:Support sales dept. along the tender process reviewing contracts and costs estimation regarding quality aspects. Perform critical analysis and risk assessment until contract signature. Support corporate team on customer satisfaction survey and it relative actions if necessary. Be in contact with engineering and industrialization team to discuss configuration topics specific for each project and ensure that SQA team has the correct BOM. Follow up technical requests to engineering such as SAR. Coordinate customer visits and attend the event if necessary. Ensure that all quality requirements and timing necessary to accomplish the payment milestones. Ensure the fast response for customer claims. Participate on projects meetings and follow up the critical topics. Support the PM´s and report all the quality main topics. Support PM´s in kick off and customer meetings. Ensure the correct content and timing for the WTG databook release and accordingly to the contract. Integrate all qualities, HSE and related dept. to the project creating synergy within them avoiding problem, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. Be participative and follow up the KPI´s of all qualities to cross the data for problems resolution and improve opportunities, further than ensure the goals accomplishment. To monitor the non-quality costs and support on their recovery. Communicate relevant topics within all qualities through alerts or highlights. Participate on the NC´s discussions and support the resolution. Verify the efficacy of the actions along the quality processes with the areas. Participate on the handover meetings and support the PM´s on the agreements, further than collect and resume relevant data/information for all qualities work on improvements and NC´s recurrences avoidance. Follow up punch lists resolution within the time and critical repairs. Follow up the result of the commissioning, it´s main issues and the efficacy of the reliability tests to check if all qualities are working properly to attend the expected by contract. Support the creation of quality reference book. To verify the efficacy of the quality control applied by qualities along the whole project. Ensure the alignment of the goals and the results within all qualities. Fulfil general data on excel tables for statistics analysis. Visit supplier facilities for audits and assessment purpose. Work within continuous improvement projects.
**Qualification/Training / Titulación/Formación**:Graduated in Administration, Project Management or Engineering.
**Profile / Perfil**:Oriented to teamwork, with focus on results, criticism, sense of urgency and prioritization, systemic thinking, problem solving skills, good communication and negotiation.
**Languages/Level / Idiomas/Nível**:English (Advanced). Spanish (Intermediate/Advanced) but not mandatory.
**Experience / Experiência**:Experience in similar positions, working close to project management routine. Knowledge related to quality methods (i.e.: 8D) and tools (i.e.: Ishikawa). Desirable: office package advanced level, non-conformity treatment. Skills with SAP software desirable. Appreciated knowledge in data treatment and statistical analysis.
