The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. As equipes de Operação da Shopee cobrem todo o processo operacional de ponta a ponta, desde o momento em que o comprador procura um produto listado na plataforma, até o momento em que o comprador recebe os produtos. A equipe analisa e monitora os KPIs operacionais em toda a região e conduz a análise da causa raiz quando o desempenho da operação flutua. A equipe de Operações compreende Atendimento ao Cliente, Pagamento, Listagens, Armazém, Logística, Seller Ops e Fraude._**
- Ligar e visitar vendedores para identificar problemas operacionais e propor acionáveis, bem como assumir a responsabilidade da execução com o objetivo de melhorar o desempenho geral do vendedor;
- Garantir sucesso operacional dos vendedores do portfólio;
- Manter-se atualizado dos processos e procedimentos da área, como tempo de envio, taxa de cancelamento, taxa de resposta em chat, etc;
- Garantir que os vendedores Shopee estejam aplicando as melhores práticas operacionais do mercado;
- Apoiar e sugerir melhores práticas a vendedores para melhorar suas operações;
**Requirements**:
- Conhecimento intermediário em Excel;
- Excelente capacidade de comunicação;
- Capacidade de autogestão, resolução de problemas e pensamento crítico;
- Experiência com processo de fulfillment de Marketplace ou Varejo;
- Experiência com gestão de clientes internos e externos.
