Latam - Business Development Executive Digital Transformation, IT Solutions & Services - Brazil Explore a role that lets you drive digital transformation through the development, management, and modernization of mission‑critical technology systems across global client organizations. Position Summary You will be responsible for building your sales pipeline and introducing and selling Omni Business Solutions’ product line to customers and prospects. In this role you will cultivate new business, define and qualify sales opportunities, determine engagement scope and cost projections, and formulate potential solutions that address client requirements. Key Responsibilities Prospect for new business and upgrade existing client relationships. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities. Conduct customer requirement analysis and identify pain points across all prospects and accounts. Communicate with technology partners and obtain/exceed assigned sales quota. Prepare and update a dynamic business plan and manage your territory. Ensure accurate, timely submission of sales and service orders. Deliver product and services demonstrations and presentations online or on‑premise. Oversee proper hand‑off of clients from sales to services and maintain industry knowledge. Respond to RFQs and support request for proposals. Participate in and complete all required training. Required Qualifications Valid passport. Native fluency in English; additional languages appreciated. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Minimum of five years’ experience in technology solutions sales, managing an open territory, and building executive relationships. Experience selling at least eight of Omni’s solutions and services. Strong skills in complex solution selling and high sales volume achievement. Minimum of four recent sales/technical certifications. Ability to operate without direct supervision and to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
