BUSINESSDEVELOPMENT MANAGER CTdoAgro is recruiting a Business Development Manager for CAC, a global company focused on crop protection innovation, technology integration and sustainable agricultural solutions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Drive business growth and portfolio expansion through new markets, partnerships and crop solutions for key crops. Lead product development and go-to-market strategies for new launches. Provide market intelligence and insights to support global portfolio decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the country strategy annual review. REQUIREMENTS Education: Degree in Agronomic Engineering. MBA on business management; Marketing or Commercial will be differential. Language: Fluent English (mandatory). Knowledge and Experience: Proven experience in crop protection marketing & commercial roles. Strong portfolio management experience, including new product introduction and post-patent strategies. Solid understanding of commercial, regulatory, development and supply interdependence. Financial acumen related to pricing and product/portfolio strategy. Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams. Basic technical knowledge of crop protection products. Workplace: Brazil – (flexible) The CAC Group, a Chinese multinational, is expanding its operations in Brazil. CAC researches, develops, produces, and distributes crop protection solutions.
