We are looking for a **Head of Paid Media** to lead our paid media strategy across digital platforms, with a strong focus on **Display Advertising** and **programmatic campaigns**. Reporting to the **Marketing Director**, this role is essential for driving brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This position is based in either our **Malmö, Sweden** or **Marbella, Spain** office, offering an exciting opportunity to work in dynamic locations.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Display Advertising and Programmatic Strategy**: Develop and execute a cutting-edge display programmatic strategy tailored for hybrid casino users, targeting both fiat and crypto-specific audiences. Optimize campaigns through DSPs, real-time bidding (RTB), and private marketplaces (PMPs), focusing on high-value user segments with tailored messaging and creatives.
- **Campaign Management and Optimization**: Oversee end-to-end campaign management to align with user acquisition and revenue goals. Continuously optimize placements, bidding strategies, and creative formats to maximize ROAS and minimize CPA. Utilize advanced targeting strategies, including geotargeting, contextual targeting, and behavioral segmentation.
- **Budget Management and Forecasting**: Allocate and manage paid media budgets efficiently, providing accurate forecasts and tracking expenditures in real time. Evaluate campaign financial impacts and identify opportunities for cost savings and ROI improvements.
- **Collaboration and Leadership**: Partner with creative and content teams to produce high-quality ad materials tailored to various platforms and audiences. Collaborate with analytics and data science teams to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and actionable insights.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Deliver regular performance reports, analyze campaign data to identify successes and opportunities, and conduct A/B testing to enhance effectiveness.
- **Industry Monitoring**: Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to ensure competitive strategies. Evaluate and adopt tools or vendors to enhance campaign performance.
**Key Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (advanced degrees are a plus).
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years in digital marketing with a focus on display programmatic campaigns. Knowledge of PPC, Paid Social, or ASO is a bonus.
- **Technical Expertise**: Expertise in programmatic platforms (e.g., Adform, MediaMath, Google Display Network), tracking technologies, and tag management.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong data interpretation skills with the ability to generate actionable insights.
- **Leadership and Communication**: Proven experience managing teams and collaborating across departments with excellent communication skills.
- **Adaptability and Creativity**: A proactive approach to digital trends and innovative problem-solving.
