- Meet minimum performance standards consistently
- Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
- Exceptional phone and listening skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Previous experience in customer service or sales, particularly in a childcare or educational setting
- Familiarity with childcare practices and parents' concerns regarding childcare
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment
