Procuramos um(a) Analista de Customer Experience Sênior para atuar em toda a jornada dos nossos clientes, estruturando e realizando as comunicações necessárias, estabelecendo um relacionamento de valor e contribuindo para o sucesso de nossos clientes.
**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
- Construir relações de confiança e entrega de valor para nossos clientes;
- Estruturar e atualizar as comunicações necessárias durante toda a jornada dos clientes;
- Ter um bom relacionamento e capacidade de negociação com todas as áreas;
- Atuar na melhoria contínua dos processos de CX;
- Organizar e monitorar os cases de sucesso dos nossos clientes.
**Requisitos e qualificações**
- Boa capacidade de comunicação oral e escrita;
- Conhecimentos em Excel;
- Formação superior em qualquer área;
- Experiência em Customer Experience.
