Position : Sales Support Specialist

Business Group : LATAM

Reports to : CM - Brazil

Location : Hangzhou or Remote

Position Overview:

The Sales Support Specialist plays a critical role in the smooth operation of the sales process. This position is responsible for managing contracts, coordinating shipments, controlling payments, and maintaining strong relationships with key customers.


Key Responsibilities:

Contract Management:

Review and manage sales contracts, ensuring that all terms and conditions are accurate and met by all parties.

Maintain an organized database of all contracts, ensuring easy access and retrieval when necessary.

Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Shipment Management:

Coordinate and monitor shipments of solar panels to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.

Work closely with logistics providers to track shipments and resolve any issues that arise during transit.

Prepare and manage import/export documentation, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.

Payment Control:

Oversee the payment process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing to customers.

Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding payments, and resolve any payment discrepancies.

Coordinate with the finance team to manage payment terms and conditions in line with company policies.

Customer Relationship Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for key customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the sales and after-sales process.

Provide regular updates to customers on their orders, shipments, and any other relevant information.

After-Sales Support:

Assist customers with delivery schedules, ensuring that their expectations are met and that any issues are promptly addressed.

Handle all aspects of after-sales service, including warranty claims, product returns, and technical support coordination.

Collaborate with other departments, such as production, logistics, and finance, to ensure a seamless after-sales experience for customers.
