About this role As a skilled professional in our Customer Success Team, you will ensure the efficient and effective implementation of technical support and consultancy services to our customers, enabling them to achieve business success. Your key responsibilities: Demonstrate a proactive approach to exploring the unknown, with an analytical mindset. Collaborate seamlessly with a global team, embracing new challenges with a self-starting attitude. Tackle intricate technical problems, steering them to resolution individually and effectively collaborating with the engineering team during escalations. Showcase exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating sensitivity to diverse cultures within our global customer base. Promote innovative ideas to enhance product and overall technical designs. Contribute actively to both technical and non-technical discussions through email and in-person interactions. Collaborate with extended teams, including engineering, pre-sales, marketing, and sales, on product and customer-related activities. Deliver technical consultancy and training on our technologies and products for customers. Maintain flexible working hours to accommodate dynamic customer needs. Requirements and Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering. Fluent English language proficiency. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Programming skills in Java. Experience in enterprise technologies, such as API management, enterprise integration, and identity and access management.
