Brazil Market Opportunity We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our business development efforts in Brazil. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of the Brazilian market and the ability to drive growth through strategic partnerships, team leadership, and market analysis. Key Responsibilities Analyze local market trends, competitor dynamics, and policy changes to inform business decisions. Build and lead high-performing local teams across business development, marketing, customer success, and operations. Forge partnerships with industry associations, export agencies, and logistics/fintech partners to build a strong ecosystem. Owning Brazil's P&L responsibility, including growth targets, sales metrics, user acquisition, and retention KPIs. Requirements 7+ years of progressive experience in e-commerce industry, or digital B2B trade. Proven track record in leading teams and driving business growth in Brazil. Strong understanding of the Brazilian export ecosystem, cross-border trade, and digital transformation. Entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinker, and execution-oriented.
