We are looking for a remote, full-time Revenue Operations Specialist with 3 to 6 years of experience in revenue and sales operations to support our U.S. client's growing go-to-market organization. You will be responsible for managing and improving processes that drive revenue visibility and efficiency, including Salesforce administration, pipeline analytics, quote-to-cash workflows, and services operations coordination. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Services, and Systems, ensuring operational excellence across the full customer lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker who thrives on process optimization, data accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities Sales Operations Own and optimize Salesforce processes for the Sales and Account Management teams, including lead management, opportunity tracking, forecasting, and pipeline hygiene Partner with Sales Leadership to develop and maintain dashboards, metrics, and reports that provide visibility into bookings performance, funnel conversion, and forecast accuracy Support commission plan execution by maintaining accurate opportunity data, product configurations, and close dates Coordinate with Finance and Legal on deal review processes, ensuring consistency between quotes, contracts, and billing data Services Operations Support Professional Services leadership with project setup, time tracking, and revenue recognition workflows in coordination with Finance Track utilization, backlog, and project profitability metrics to ensure delivery teams have accurate performance visibility Partner with the Project Management Office (PMO) and Delivery to standardize statements of work (SOWs), rate cards, and project milestone tracking Drive continuous improvement in services data quality across CRM, PSA, and billing systems CRM and Systems Administration Serve as the Salesforce (SFDC) administrator for all go-to-market (GTM) functions - including user management, profiles, validation rules, and custom workflows Maintain integrations with related systems to ensure data synchronization and process automation Implement enhancements and new functionality as business requirements evolve, documenting changes and training users accordingly Manage user support requests, troubleshoot data discrepancies, and ensure compliance with data governance standards Data and Reporting Develop recurring and ad hoc reports to support revenue forecasting, KPI reviews, and board-level insights Audit data for accuracy and completeness across systems; proactively resolve inconsistencies or bottlenecks Partner with finance, sales, and marketing leadership to define and monitor core GTM metrics, including customer acquisition cost (CAC) payback, annual recurring revenue (ARR) growth, churn, and expansion rates. Required Experience Excellent English verbal and written skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field 3 to 6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar analytical GTM roles Advanced proficiency with Salesforce CRM Experience with SaaS business models, including ARR tracking, renewals, and professional services revenue workflows Strong Excel and reporting skills Excellent organizational and communication skills with a bias for action and detail orientation Must be a self-starter and resourceful Ability to work independently or as part of a team Proven experience working effectively in a vibrant, dynamic startup environment Trustworthy, team-oriented, and transparent Desired Experience Master of Business Administration degree Salesforce administration certification Familiarity with HubSpot, NetSuite, or PSA tools (e.G., Mavenlink, Kantata, FinancialForce) Power BI or Tableau experience Experience with oil and gas revenue accounting, gas processing, crude/gas/NGL transportation, or related fields Additional Information Knowing your ideas are heard and matter, think big You get to own your job and be recognized for your contributions Work with innovative and creative people Making mistakes is human.
