You will also implement assessment interventions to identify and diagnose gaps, build and deploy training programs, and measure impact against investment.
**How you will contribute**
You will:
- Develop frameworks and programs in support of prioritizing and building core capabilities to drive business performance.
- Identify learning needs and program objectives to support strategy and work with global curriculum or designs learning offers when required.
- Create local content for new capabilities and manage global content for existing programs with a local perspective.
- Implement and deliver the learning agenda, ensuring compliance to capability strategy.
- Create and deliver functional communications and engagement activities.
- Collaborate with the Workforce Analytics and Insights CoE to understand the skills that will be required in order to have an optimum workforce in the future and to understand the impact of the current capability strategies
- Partner with external suppliers to develop learning offers (when internal capability or capacity requires it)
- Be responsible for continuous improvement of all internal learning offers
- Leverage program management and investment tracking strategies and tools to drive clarity in what will be delivered by when and ensuring tracking of impact.

This role will give someone with a passion for capability building a great opportunity to develop on both a local and global scope. Understanding the global picture whilst staying close to the local business, balancing needs and priorities accordingly.
- Builds the strategic capability roadmap for Brazil and Southern Cone Business Units, working closely with key stakeholders on the needs assessment to develop our talent in line with our business growth ambitions.
- Works in partnership with the Global Centre of Excellence (CoE), providing insights for effective design and learning offer creation, shares feedback for continuous improvement, supports communications and engagement for existing learning platforms and programs.
- Supports the activation of global capability building projects (E.g: Growing Here Weeks’s, Inspire and Essentials Leadership Programs, Our Growth Algorithm, and so on)
- Delivers learning offers in the areas of leadership, communication skills, resourcefulness, wellbeing, people management foundations, coaching and facilitation skills.
- Advises/consults on the integrated capability agenda for your area, leveraging a holistic view to create synergies and connect the dots between global capability resources and local needs.
- End-to-end ownership in the planning and execution of learning delivery across your area of remit, engaging key target audiences.
- Engages and upskills our business facilitator network through delivery of Train the Trainer sessions with ongoing support.
- Responsible for bringing the 'outside-in' perspective for learning trends, helping shape MDLZ learning programs for the future
**What you will bring**:
- Previous experience of championing projects in the capability space, as well as delivering trainings/facilitating sessions.
- Strategic thinking: ability to see the bigger picture, thinking ahead and anticipating opportunities, leverage an outside in perspective through understanding of market trends.
- Ability to develop strong partnerships with a wide variety of stakeholders locally and remotely.
- Executive presence: The ability to work effectively and confidently with stakeholders senior to you in the organization
- Ability to engage, inspire and influence others.
- Expertise in navigating workday to support the end user experience.
- Strong data analytics (leveraging existing data to e.g. support decision making, bring insights, etc.)
- Business acumen and customer focus

- Project management experience
- Understanding of adult learning principles, learning design, program content building and facilitation techniques.
**Language requirements**:
Fluent English, knowledge of Spanish will be beneficial.
