This internal role is responsible for leading the development and deployment of sales capabilities and competences for all sales associates and support 3Ps (contractors and distributors) in line with local market needs and global customer strategy. Design the units 70/20/10 customer Leadership capability plan, ensuring it's grounded in the business strategies.

This Role is responsible for the overall development and deployment of the curriculum to meet the needs of the local sales organization and ensuring learning solutions are delivered to support the business needs. The associate will also partner with other staff areas and lead the UX stream under the sales transformation process targeting the best user experience along the sales processes and tools

**What are we looking for?**:
**Education & Professional Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Management, engineering or Marketing required. Advanced degree desirable
- Fluent English

**Knowledge / Experience**
- 3-5 years of relevant experience which could include marketing, sales planning, production scheduling/operations planning, and/or demand planning & forecasting.
- A self-motivated associate who can carry a positive attitude into all developmental undertakings
- Understanding of Distribution Business Models (legal and operations)
- People management experience (direct and/or indirect reports)
- Experience in training or coaching
- Account management exposure
- Sound communication and facilitation skills
- Strategic thinking capabilities and project management experience
- Strong planning and organizational skills

**What will be your key responsibilities?**:

- Provide a learning and development platform to support achievement of the unit’s sales team objectives.
- Deploy appropriate and, segment specific, Onboarding and Sales orientation programs to every new sales team member within first weeks of joining company.
- Assessing the needs of the unit’s sales organization on an ongoing basis
- Deploy learning programs that are directly linked to execution at the Point of Purchase
- Holds the accountability for the e-Learning local platform.
- High degree of interaction with Regional - Global Sales Capability teams and through the infrastructure of the Sales College and Mars University.
- Work with P&O sales business partner to align assessment tools, competencies, and development plans analysis required to evaluate customer team’s skill level areas.
