**Sobre a área e as atividades**:
- Área focada em atendimento ao cliente/sucesso do cliente
- Colocação de pedidos, faturamento, gestão da carteira de clientes (inovar no cuidado e gestão da carteira), abertura de reclamações
- Acompanhamento dos pedidos até a entrega, acompanhamento e solução de pedidos em aberto, devoluções
- Contato com clientes, contato com time comercial
**Característica/Perfil**
- Varios projetos que precisam ser executados e acompanhados - foco em automação, analise de dashboard, criação de dashboard
- Foco em faturamento, lidar com projetos, criar dashboard
- Perfil analitico, saber como extrair as infs, entender o que os dados apontam, saber transformar dado em informação
- Superior completo
- Conhecimentos em excel médio para avançado, power bi é diferencial
- Perfil organizado, produtivo, perfil "curioso", pro ativo
- Inglês que permita se comunicar em uma reunião/auditoria
- Espanhol será um diferencial
- Boa dicção, bom português (falado e escrito)
- Conhecer metodologia SCRUM será um diferencial
**Possibilidades na área**:**
- Contato com áreas como Field Inventory, Planning: terá oportunidade conhecer e aprender um pouco mais sobre estas duas áreas pois temos muita interação e tratativas sobre consignação, importação
- Oportunidade de melhoria de processos: a área está passando por atualização de processos, sistemas e ferramentas, e somos abertos ao novo e ao diferente.
- Oportunidade de "inovar, acompanhar projetos": somos aberto à inovação. Portanto, projetos que envolvam customer care e otimizem nossos processos são bem vindos e você poderá, concomitantemente ao faturamento, ser responsonsável em executar atividades dos projetos
- Contato e troca de conhecimentos com time Global: temos projetos que envolvem o global além das auditorias da global aqui no Brasil. Também temos programas que podem exigir interação com o Global.
- Contato e troca de conheciento com time Latam:aprender diferente formas de atuação em customer care com times LATAM, possibilidade de atender, ajudar time LATAM na execução de atividades como faturamento, por exemplo.
