Responsibilities
  • Close sales by presenting and explaining the V4 method;
  • Follow up with prospects consistently;
  • Lead complex B2B negotiations.
Requirements
  • Fluent English is mandatory; Spanish is considered a plus;
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the marketing industry;
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Resilience to work under targets;
  • Emotional intelligence – knowing how to manage your emotions is key to success;
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
  • A communicative, clear, and relationship-driven profile to build strong client connections;
  • Coachability – openness to feedback for continuous growth;
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling and BANT.
