Job Summary

  • We seek a skilled Business Development Specialist to identify and secure partnerships with restaurants willing to collaborate through efficient scheduling and in-person visits.
  • The ideal candidate will assist partner restaurants in setting up online stores on our platform and provide training for managing their online business operations.
  • This role involves offering professional solutions for merchants' takeout business operations, assisting them in increasing turnover, and achieving win-win cooperation.
  • Regular follow-ups will be conducted to maintain strong customer relationships and coordinate with various departments to resolve daily inquiries.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English, Portuguese as working languages; basic English reading and writing skills are required, along with proficiency in using office software.
  • Strong negotiation and market development skills are necessary, with the ability to understand customer needs and drive business partnerships.
  • Honesty, integrity, excellent communication, execution, and collaboration skills, as well as a strong sense of teamwork, are essential.
  • This role requires an entrepreneurial spirit, resilience, and a willingness to take on challenges with an altruistic mindset.
  • Predominantly involves on-site visits to negotiate and provide services directly to merchants.
