Our core belief is 'We help people eat better, live better.'Job SummaryWe seek a skilled Business Development Specialist to identify and secure partnerships with restaurants willing to collaborate through efficient scheduling and in-person visits.The ideal candidate will assist partner restaurants in setting up online stores on our platform and provide training for managing their online business operations.This role involves offering professional solutions for merchants' takeout business operations, assisting them in increasing turnover, and achieving win-win cooperation.Regular follow-ups will be conducted to maintain strong customer relationships and coordinate with various departments to resolve daily inquiries.RequirementsProficiency in English, Portuguese as working languages; basic English reading and writing skills are required, along with proficiency in using office software.Strong negotiation and market development skills are necessary, with the ability to understand customer needs and drive business partnerships.Honesty, integrity, excellent communication, execution, and collaboration skills, as well as a strong sense of teamwork, are essential.This role requires an entrepreneurial spirit, resilience, and a willingness to take on challenges with an altruistic mindset.Predominantly involves on-site visits to negotiate and provide services directly to merchants.
