Your impact

Responsible for the management of AGCO's brands (Massey Ferguson, Valtra, and Fendt) dealer networks according to Ferrari law and brand conventions, with a focus on performance improvement and dealer network transformation (project fewer, larger, and stronger).

Your experience and qualifications
  • Prospect, analyze, and approve groups interested in investing in AGCO
  • Conduct market studies focused on dealer network movement actions
  • Perform strategic regional studies to define medium and long-term movements
  • Prepare material for the Concession Approval Committee (CAC)
  • Negotiate directly with the dealer network (holders) in termination and nomination processes
  • Calculate indemnities (Ferrari Law)
  • Manage Sales and After Sales operations (initial phase)
  • Design Store openings, facilities, and ensure brand standards
  • Hold a complete Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields
  • Have project leadership experience
  • Possess consolidated experience in Distribution management (Dealer Network Development, Dealer Network Strategic Planning, or Dealer Processes) within the Agriculture or Automotive industry
  • Intermediate or advanced English skills (conversation)
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
