O papel da Talent Management & Engagement Specialist (Exclusiva para Pessoa com Deficiência) é desempenhar atividades de gestão de temas ligados a Talent Management e Engajamento na Wellhub.

O que você vai fazer:

  • Gestão de temas ligados a Talent Management e Engajamento
  • Cultura de feedback, janela de promoção e processo PIP (desenvolvimento de performance)
  • Construção de matriz de competências e descrição de cargos (job description) para todas as áreas
  • Liderança de projetos estratégicos como:
  • Mapeamento de posições críticas e talentos
  • Planejamento de sucessão
  • Pesquisas de engajamento (realizadas 2x ao ano)
  • Projeto de jovens talentos e talent planning
Perfil da Posição
  • Autonomia elevada e capacidade de lidar com alta complexidade
  • Organização de timelines e gestão de stakeholders
  • Condução de focus groups em inglês com líderes sêniores
  • Ministração de treinamentos em inglês
  • Forte pensamento crítico, estratégico e visão de negócio
  • Conhecimento sólido do negócio é essencial
  • Experiência como Business Partner (BP) e/ou Learning & Development é um diferencial
Requisitos
  • Organização e adaptabilidade em um ambiente de mudanças rápidas
  • Base em análise de dados para embasar decisões e projetos
  • Inglês avançado/fluente – atuação e entregas em ambiente global
  • Local de trabalho: Remoto - Brasil
  • Horário: Comercial
