Position overview The Associate Partner will play a key role in driving the company’s strategy, business development, and operational excellence. This professional will take full ownership of either the Commercial or Recruitment vertical, acting as a strategic leader responsible for results, team development, and the overall P&L of their division. Responsibilities Lead, develop, and execute strategic initiatives for either the Commercial or Recruitment area. Drive business growth through client acquisition, account management, and/or recruitment delivery excellence. Take full responsibility for the P&L of the assigned business unit, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building and maintaining long-term partnerships. Oversee and guide a high-performing team, ensuring operational efficiency and excellence. Collaborate closely with the CEO and leadership team to shape the company’s global strategy and expansion plans. Qualifications Proven experience in recruitment, executive search, or professional services, ideally with leadership exposure. Strong business acumen with a successful track record in business development and/or recruitment management. Demonstrated ability to manage P&L and drive profitability. Fluent in English. Spanish is a plus. Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. Entrepreneurial mindset, resilience, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and multicultural environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
