We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Talent Team as a Senior Talent Partner / Co-Founder. In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with the founding team, become a shareholder, and help us build a world-class team by attracting top talent on a global scale. You will also take ownership of key People Operations initiatives to support and grow our internal culture. We're seeking someone with a strong track record, energy, and vision to help drive our growth and long-term success. What we expect:
