A Sales Admin. is responsible for the entire process of sales, from quotation to delivery, making sure the client gets fully satisfied by receiving an excellent service and support.
Connection development with the customers is crucial, once knowing them as well as the market helps with the search of the best product/service that will fit their needs.
Duties:
- Make quotations.
- Follow-up.
- System and worksheets updates.
- Sales.
- Suppliers management.
- After-sales.
Qualifications:
- Major in Administration, Commercial Management, Foreign Trade, Engineering; Logistics and International Relations.
- Fluent English (oral and written).
- Knowledge in sales (desirable).
It’s Paramount
- Self-management.
- Clear communication and interpersonal skills.
- Handling pressure.
- Ability to solve problems quickly.
- Participate in the monthly meetings and trainings.
Note
- It’s a home office position, but meetings and trainings will be held in person (for the ones living in Brazil).
- Working from Monday to Friday, with shifts on holidays/weekends when required.
