As our Brokers Engagement Marketing specialist, you'll bridge strategy and execution to strengthen Alice's presence in the indirect channel. Your role is to deepen our relationship with brokers, helping them understand, trust, and actively recommend Alice. You'll lead initiatives that support their journey, from brand awareness to activation, always connecting business priorities with meaningful, on-brand experiences.

You'll own the planning and execution of broker-facing marketing efforts, translating business goals into strategic activations that effectively impact performance. This involves understanding the broker ecosystem, prioritizing demands, managing budgets, and collaborating with our creative team to implement initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

  • Be the primary contact for broker-facing marketing initiatives, from concept to execution.
  • Prioritize and manage internal and partner requests, focusing on impactful activities.
  • Proactively suggest new ideas and opportunities to enhance broker engagement and sales.
  • Manage the budget for broker campaigns, activations, and materials.
  • Measure and analyze the impact of field initiatives to inform future investments and improvements.
  • Translate business needs into clear creative briefs and collaborate with internal teams to execute them.
  • Ensure consistent brand representation across all touchpoints, aligning with strategy and execution.
  • Coordinate with brand, growth, and sales teams for aligned efforts.

Example Initiatives

  • Strengthen Alice's relationship with brokers to become their preferred insurance partner.
  • Create and manage promotional campaigns to engage and activate brokers.
  • Develop sales enablement materials and activation kits tailored for brokers.
  • Organize training sessions (in-person or online) focusing on messaging and product differentiation.
  • Plan and execute trade marketing initiatives to enhance Alice's visibility.
  • Define and oversee merchandising strategies, adapting branded materials to partner contexts.
  • Coordinate events or meetings with strategic broker partners.
