About the job
As a Strategic Partner Development Manager for North Spanish Speaking LATAM (SPLA), you will drive high-impact partnerships focused on the adoption of Privacy Sandbox technologies across the Chrome and Android ecosystems. You will develop and execute regional strategies aligned with global priorities, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful rollout of privacy-preserving technologies. By engaging with key industry stakeholders, government agencies, and partners, you will help shape the future of privacy standards, mitigate risks, and secure strategic success stories that inspire broader adoption. Your expertise in relationship-building, strategic execution, and influencing industry practices will play a critical role in navigating this evolving landscape and positioning partners for long-term success.
Google's Global Partnerships team powers extraordinary user experiences through partnerships that solve users' needs, advance our partners' goals, and further Google's mission. Our team provides meaningful solutions — from helping publishers and developers grow their businesses through monetization solutions, to helping our long-term partners anticipate and navigate change in a way that delivers economic and reputational value. We build and distribute products through partnerships across a multitude of product areas, including Ads, Search Assistant, Geo, Platforms Ecosystems, Devices Services, Health, Retail, Payments, Next Billion Users, and more. We collaborate across Google, ensuring a coordinated approach when engaging with our most complex and strategic partners.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead strategic partner engagement in North SPLA for Privacy Sandbox initiatives, focusing on the Chrome and Android ecosystems, and supporting the transition to privacy-preserving technologies, including cross-site tracking and anti-fingerprinting.
- Develop and execute Privacy Sandbox strategies and plans for North SPLA, aligning with global and LATAM priorities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to scale these initiatives across the region.
- Work closely with priority partners to assess the business impact of Privacy Sandbox initiatives, and develop tailored engagement strategies to ensure smooth adoption.
- Secure high-profile partner demos, success stories, and case studies for key events such as Google I/O, and regional industry conferences to inspire adoption of privacy-first technologies.
- Engage with industry standards organizations and trade bodies to help shape the evolution of privacy practices, ensuring Google's solutions align with regulatory frameworks and industry needs.
