Equação IT is a company focused on boosting technology and solid solutions through our expert consultants leading a high perspective and adding value to our customers with the purpose of providing optimization and business growth to our partners.We are looking for a Quality Manager with the following requirements:Functional Description:- Will lead and coordinate the governances that are required to identify root causes, coordinates meetings to resolve problems, and will assure proper RCA documents are delivered;- Has a clear view and understanding on all open problems linked to the MPI & POD (Internal or external - supplier);- Will analyze the incidents trend from P4 to P1, including RCA produced by internal and external suppliers and action remediation or improvements;- Will assure that problems have clear remediation plans with clear actions, owners, closure dates and he/she will track the progress and status of the implementation;- Follows up and tracks progress with problem owners, mobilizes the relevant SMEs (internal - external supplier ) that are require to close open problem records;- Identifies trends and potential Problem sources, by reviewing Incident and Problem analysis delivered by internal or external suppliers or by inputs from the different Governances;- Makes recommendations for improvements, tracks the deliverables and ensures reporting;- Work with all internal technical teams, Service Management and external stakeholders like customer and 3rd party;- Need to have innovative approach as problems are unique and need to use different RCA techniques;- Will lead special taskforces to remediate specific problems to ensure migrations to MPI and POD are running efficiently and stable;- Defines, monitors and reports KPIs for the defined improvement areas during execution and after implementation of the actions, securing the implemented improvements generate the value;- Is part of the Manager on Duty rota that is 24/7 available for escalations;**Requirements**:- Proven experience in service management (ITIL) and IT Operations Management;- Knowledge of the Cloud environment and principles is a plus;- Technical background in IT technology Infrastructure;- Work in international teams and multi-cultural environment;- Work with mínimal direct guidance, self-motivated and proactive;- English fluency;- Duration: Contract for 12 Months (Minimum);- Localization: Hybrid, LisbonTipo de vaga: Tempo integralHorário de trabalho:- De segunda à sexta-feiraPergunta(s) de seleção:- Tem interesse em morar em Portugal?
