Turno de trabalho: 1° turno (com disponibilidade para trabalhar no 2°)

Papel:

Este profissional atuará como um parceiro estratégico de RH, apoiando líderes em questões de desempenho, desenvolvimento de talentos, relações trabalhistas e compliance. Facilitar integração, acompanhar a jornada e experiência do empregado, promovendo melhorias no ambiente de trabalho e colaborando com áreas como DEI e programas de reconhecimento. Garantir alinhamento entre políticas, remuneração, acordos sindicais e iniciativas de retenção por meio de análises e ações contínuas.

O que você irá fazer (responsabilidades)

  • Atuar como parceiro(a) estratégico(a) das lideranças, apoiando nas decisões relacionadas a pessoas, clima organizacional e desempenho;
  • Contribuir com processos de mudanças organizacionais e iniciativas de desenvolvimento de talentos;
  • Conduzir e acompanhar negociações sindicais, acordos coletivos e demais demandas com entidades representativas;
  • Gerenciar e mitigar riscos trabalhistas, oferecendo orientações legais e assegurando a conformidade com as práticas de compliance;
  • Apoiar a gestão de conflitos, investigações internas e processos disciplinares;
  • Garantir a aderência às políticas internas de RH e à legislação trabalhista vigente;
  • Elaborar relatórios e indicadores da área para subsidiar a tomada de decisões estratégicas.

Labor:

  • Mantém relações de trabalho com funcionários e sindicalistas e adere aos termos do contrato de trabalho, monitorando a implementação diária de políticas relativas a salários, horas e condições de trabalho, incluindo investigação, resposta e resolução de queixas
  • Administrar a remuneração horária e outras remunerações representadas de acordo com acordos sindicais e coletivos
  • Implementar acordos locais e nacionais e participar de negociações quando necessário.
  • Apoiar, como consultor, programas que contribuam para o ambiente de trabalho e/ou desenvolvimento, como WoC, DEI, programas de desenvolvimento, MFG

Suas Competências e Habilidades (Qualificações Necessárias)

  • Formação superior completa, preferencialmente em Administração, Psicologia, Direito ou áreas correlatas;
  • Inglês avançado ou fluente;
  • Espanhol desejável;
  • Conhecimento do Pacote Office e ferramentas de Business Intelligence (BI);
  • Sólida experiência como HRBP e/ou em Relações Trabalhistas;
  • Domínio da legislação trabalhista brasileira;
  • Vivência em negociações e administração de conflitos sindicais;
  • Perfil analítico, com visão estratégica e forte atuação consultiva;
  • Desejável experiência prévia em ambientes corporativos ou industriais.
