**Suas principais responsabilidades serão**:
- Apoiar o cliente no uso da solução, resolvendo dúvidas e impedimentos sobre a plataforma através de nossos canais de atendimento (chat, ticket);- Garantir a satisfação do cliente, juntamente com o time de Customer Success para resolver eventuais problemas técnicos;- Realizar apoio às configurações iniciais na plataforma;- Sugerir melhorias técnicas e educativas para nossos produtos;
- Apoiar no relacionamento com clientes.

- Gostar de trabalhar com atendimento e relacionamento com clientes;- Gostar de trazer soluções para a satisfação do cliente;- Ser didático para orientar os clientes em suas necessidades;- Ter empatia e resiliência para lidar com problemas;- Boa comunicação interpessoal e escrita;- Gostar de estudar novas tecnologias e obter conhecimento técnico;**Torcemos para que você conheça (Desejável)**:
