Job Title: Strategic XSIAM Lead A seasoned leader is required to spearhead the implementation of our SOC Transformation and XSIAM Deployment initiative. This role entails serving as a lead strategic advisor and subject matter expert for customers undertaking a full-scale SOC modernization with XSIAM, providing in-depth guidance on platform operationalization, detection strategy, and log ingestion. The successful candidate will lead multi-national SOC transformation programs, integrating fragmented detection and response processes into a unified AI-driven platform, ensuring seamless customer engagement. This position involves directing enterprise-scale XSIAM deployments, guiding customers through initial strategy development to full operationalization, ensuring high-quality data fuels the XSIAM platform. The ideal candidate will devise and oversee comprehensive log ingestion strategies to support robust data analytics and inform business decisions. Furthermore, this role requires architecting and implementing sophisticated detection strategies and correlation rules to fortify customer defenses against advanced threats, ensuring proactive risk mitigation. XSIAM Deployment: Direct enterprise-scale XSIAM deployments, guiding customers from initial strategy to full operationalization. Log Ingestion: Devise and oversee comprehensive log ingestion strategies to ensure high-quality data fuels the XSIAM platform. Detection Strategy: Architect and implement sophisticated detection strategies and correlation rules to fortify customer defenses against advanced threats. Requirements: Proven experience in SOC transformation and XSIAM deployment. Strong understanding of AI-driven platforms and their application in SOC modernization. Excellent leadership and advisory skills, with ability to guide customers through complex transformation projects. Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with ability to devise innovative solutions to emerging challenges. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
