Estamos buscando unSuccess Account Manager para unirse a nuestro equipo de Customer Experience. Este rol es crucial para ayudar a nuestros clientes a asegurar el éxito en el uso de Humand. El candidato ideal deberá contar con una sólida combinación de habilidades comerciales y analíticas.

Principales Responsabilidades

  • Manejar una cartera de clientes.
  • Asegurar que cada cliente aumente su uso e implemente nuevas funcionalidades de Humand.
  • Generar Upsells y Cross-Sells en la cartera de clientes.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en funciones similares, preferentemente en entornos B2B.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, escucha activa y negociación.
  • Un perfil analítico con habilidades en Excel y herramientas similares.
  • Experiencia en empresas SaaS con enfoque en RRHH es un plus.
