What to Expect

(Job Responsibilities)

  • Lead analytics support for the Enhancing Oncology Model (EOM) program, focusing on performance analysis and monitoring
  • Develop and execute a strategic analytics roadmap to deliver key performance insights to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess clinical and financial initiatives within Alternative Payment Models (APMs)
  • Guide the implementation and evaluation of APMs for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers
  • Maintain and evolve data pipelines using Azure Databricks, ensuring data integrity and automation
What is Required

(Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare analytics and business intelligence, with a focus on Alternative Payment Models
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau, and strong SQL skills
  • Deep understanding of oncology data, including Electronic Health Records (EHR) and pharmacy systems
  • Excellent communication skills for translating complex data into actionable insights
