Aftersales data analyst at General Motors South America. Hybrid: on-site 3x/week. Job Description Hybrid: on-site 3x/week. This role involves transforming data sources into valuable, reliable, and timely information to support Aftersales business decisions. What you will do (responsibilities) Support the Aftersales business transformation by developing tools, analysis, and reports to understand business performance and client behaviors across channels. Develop and support the Aftersales Business Intelligence strategy through tools to analyze performance across all business lines and key KPIs (Sell in, Sell out, customer retention, segment and sales channel analysis) to enable informed decisions by teams and leadership. Your skills and abilities (required qualifications) Bachelor’s in business, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Financial, Engineering, Administration, Computer Science, or related fields Proficient in Excel, Power BI, Python, SQL and KNIME for Data Science Minimum intermediate knowledge of English Experience in a business administration or Data Science role with strategic or analytical focus Track record of delivering productized models with proven business impact Knowledge and experience in training and applying algorithms to solve business problems Experience in the aftersales automotive segment is desirable What can give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications) Prior business experience (e.g., sales, sales admin, marketing, product management, eCommerce, pricing, operations, supply chain, data analytics) Client-facing and strategic attitude Initiative and excellent interpersonal skills Ability to deal with ambiguity and innovation management Organizational agility and ability to learn quickly Action-oriented with results focus GM does not provide immigration-related sponsorship for this role.
