O que é a Wehandle? A Wehandle é uma startup de tecnologia que está reinventando a Gestão de Prestadores de Serviço e Fornecedores no Brasil. Nosso objetivo é tornar a vida dos fornecedores mais fácil e garantir a segurança dos clientes, usando uma combinação de tecnologias modernas, incluindo uma plataforma web, RPA para busca de informações públicas, IA para análise documental e um app com reconhecimento facial.

Responsibilities
  • Liderar pessoas, remover impedimentos e garantir que o time evolua tecnicamente, como grupo e individualmente, servindo como ponto de apoio entre tech, produto e negócio, com foco no desenvolvimento contínuo dos liderados.
  • Conduzir 1:1s, avaliações de performance, cerimônias e promover a cultura do time.
  • Atuar como ponte entre tech, produto e negócio, ajudando o time a entender o contexto e as prioridades.
  • Remover bloqueios do time e facilitar a execução fluida das tarefas.
  • Garantir alinhamento entre as áreas e engajar o time com o propósito dos projetos.
  • Ter visão de produto e defender decisões técnicas viáveis junto ao negócio.
  • Trabalhar junto ao tech lead como par estratégico, apoiando o crescimento do time.
  • Gerenciar ativamente PDIs, feedbacks, avaliações semestrais e o crescimento individual dos desenvolvedores.
  • Estar presente e acessível para o time, atuando como facilitador no dia a dia.
Qualifications
  • Experiência como líder de time, com histórico de desenvolvimento de pessoas.
  • Sólido entendimento de cerimônias ágeis (Scrum), mesmo com Kanban no fluxo diário.
  • Ótima comunicação, escuta ativa e empatia na gestão de pessoas.
  • Vivência técnica com Java, Spring, Angular e React — conhecimento útil para discutir com produto/negócio, avaliar viabilidade técnica e apoiar o time.
  • Experiência com APIs REST, integrações, noções de arquitetura e melhores práticas.
  • Capacidade de entender um produto grande e complexo e influenciar sua evolução.
  • Experiência com gestão de desempenho, desenvolvimento individual e cultura de melhoria contínua.
  • Capacidade de criar conexão com PMs, Tech Leads e outras lideranças.
