Technical Visionary Wanted

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Software Architect to lead our development teams. As a key member of our technical leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the direction of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the expert technology professional within the team.
  • Lead architectural discussions, decisions, and implementations in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Design, document, and implement systems and solutions, including integration of CSG and third-party products.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and tools in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop creative solutions to complex technical challenges.
  • Mentor and guide other team members to elevate their technical capabilities.
  • Define the technical vision and strategy for the team with a focus on continuous improvements.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure scalable, secure, and automated deployment pipelines.
  • Support applications in customer-facing environments, including leading troubleshooting efforts and spearheading operational improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and other quality assurance processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years of relevant experience in software development and architecture.
  • Proven experience designing complex systems and frameworks.
  • Deep expertise in software architecture and design principles.
  • Experience with programming in C#.NET Core and relational databases like Postgres/SQL Server.
  • Experience designing, building, deploying, and managing cloud-native applications using AWS services.
  • Proficiency in AI technologies and their application in software development.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.
  • Experience working with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Telecommunications domain knowledge.
  • Ability to work in a CLT contract position.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English in a business environment.
