Position Summary

We are looking to hire a Senior Business Development Manager to lead Fever's entry and expansion into cashless wristband solutions. The role focuses on promoting our RFID-based cashless wristbands that provide cashless payments and access control for music festivals, sports events, and more across Brazil. The ideal candidate will establish strategic partnerships, penetrate new markets, and ensure our solutions redefine attendee experience through convenience, security, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Market Development: Develop and execute strategies to introduce and expand Fever's cashless wristband solutions within sports hospitality and music festivals, identifying growth opportunities.
  • Partnership Cultivation: Forge and maintain strategic alliances with event organizers, venue managers, and other stakeholders, aligning our technology with their needs.
  • Sales Leadership: Drive the sales cycle from prospecting to close, crafting presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to each client/event.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Work with Product, Technology, and Operations to tailor offerings and deliver exceptional user satisfaction.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes to inform strategy and product innovation.
  • Client Success and Retention: Oversee the client journey from implementation to post-event support, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Feedback Integration: Collect and integrate client and attendee feedback to drive product and service enhancements.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated success in business development, ideally in festivals, event technology, sports hospitality, or entertainment sectors.
  • Experience negotiating and closing deals and building long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical capability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of RFID, cashless payment systems, and their application in events.
  • Leadership abilities to inspire cross-functional teams toward common goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
