We aim to strengthen security culture and transform employees from vulnerability into a security asset. We seek a Regional Account Executive (SMB/MM) in São Paulo to drive growth in Brazil. The Opportunity Join our high-performing LATAM sales team in São Paulo and drive growth by building deep, trust-based relationships with business leaders who value long-term partnerships and personalized service across Brazil. You will own the complete sales cycle from prospecting through closing, build a robust pipeline, and consistently exceed monthly quotas. We look for proven SMB/MM sales expertise, strategic account management skills, a passion for cybersecurity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-growing market. What You’ll Do Drive New Logo Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and close SMB/MM accounts within your territory through outbound efforts, inbound leads, and partnerships to exceed monthly new logo quotas. Master Account Expansion: Promote and sell KnowBe4’s complete product suite to existing customers, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities to maximize account value. Build Pipeline Excellence: Create and maintain a robust pipeline using diverse prospecting methods, cadence, and compelling demonstrations of our cybersecurity solutions. Own the Sales Process: Articulate KnowBe4’s value proposition, understand buying needs, decision makers, and roadblocks to accelerate sales cycles. Execute Strategic Deal Management: Structure subscriptions, multi-year agreements, and pricing to maximize Annual Recurring Revenue while ensuring customer success. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Channel sales, Customer Success Managers, and Renewal Specialists to coordinate growth strategies and support renewals. What You’ll Excel At Proven SMB/MM Success: 2+ years selling to SMB and Mid-Market with quota achievement and territory growth in competitive markets. SaaS Experience: Background in Software-as-a-Service sales with subscription models and cloud-based solutions. Cybersecurity Curiosity: Familiarity with IT or cybersecurity concepts and a passion for helping organizations strengthen their human firewall. Bilingual Fluency: Portuguese (native/strong) with strong English skills for local and global communication. Hunter + Farmer Mentality: Ability to prospect new business while expanding existing accounts. Data-Driven Excellence: Use metrics to optimize performance, forecast accurately, and drive quota attainment. Self-Starting Energy: Motivated, energetic, and capable of working with minimal supervision while collaborating with teams and partners. Adaptable Professional: Flexibility to work with different customer segments, channels, and market conditions while maintaining high performance.
