Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute the best strategies to maximize revenue per truck, meeting the needs of different driver profiles, using data for the whole process.
  • Negotiate the best rates with Freight Brokers, always looking for the most profitable options, seeking competitive rates per mile and total freight.
  • Monitor drivers’ activities and balance home time requests with the operational need for billing, for both the driver and the company.
  • Communicate with drivers daily to optimize productivity and reduce driver turnover.
  • Track all cargo from dispatch to delivery and resolve any issues until delivery.
  • Perform an administrative role by completing appropriate documentation, monitoring driver progress, and ensuring required documentation is attached for cargo billing.
  • Update information about the load from pickup to delivery into the Billor platform.
  • Create and maintain relationships with Freight Brokers.
  • Monitor the status of the fleet throughout the day, keeping internal and external stakeholders updated; monitor fleet and revenue performance indicators.
  • Plan revenue goals and weekly strategy with the customer (driver).
Requisitos
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese.
  • Have high negotiation skills.
  • Passionate about customer service.
  • Communicate assertively with a focus on solving problems.
  • Be resilient and persistent, knowing how to deal with different profiles.
  • Have commercial skills and know how to work with aggressive goals.
  • Previous experience as an account manager.
  • Proactivity and focus on results.
  • On-site/Hybrid in Joinville, SC.
