About Our Client
A global digital advertising partner, operating in over 150 countries and connecting more than 26,000 advertisers to a collective audience of around 3 billion consumers through top digital platforms like TikTok, Microsoft, Amazon, Pinterest, Reddit and Google.
With a presence across 5 continents and 75+ offices, the company blends global reach with local market expertise. In this role, you'll focus on growing revenue by building relationships with advertisers and offering solutions that meet their goals.
What You'll Do:
- Prospect and acquire new advertisers or agencies in Brazil.
- Pitch customized Microsoft Advertising (MSA) solutions.
- Build long-term, trust-based client relationships.
- Provide client feedback to the Microsoft product team.
- Partner with internal Account Managers to support the book of business.
- Represent MSA at regional industry and marketing events.
- Manage contracts, reporting, and invoicing efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and ongoing service.
- Deliver sales forecasts and market intelligence to senior management.
What You'll Bring:
- Around 8+ years in online advertising and media sales.
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English. Advanced Spanis is a plus.
- Strong background with performance advertisers and complex sales cycles.
- Demonstrated success in exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience leading or managing sales or agency teams .
- Proactive and commercially minded.
- Strong communicator and confident presenter.
- Problem-solving with analytical accuracy.
- In-depth knowledge of market dynamics and strong industry connections.
