Job Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  1. System Performance Oversight:
  2. Continuously monitor system performance indicators via web interfaces, documenting key metrics such as user engagement and system availability. Address anomalies in accordance with established operational protocols (SOPs). Escalate unresolved issues to base station maintenance engineers or platform maintenance specialists for further handling.
  3. Base Station Status Assessment and Fault Resolution:
  4. Utilize automated assessment tools to inspect the status of faulty base stations across countries, transmitting daily fault reports to RTK experts via email. Initiate initial resolution steps according to SOPs when faults are reported. Escalate unresolved faults to base station maintenance engineers.
  5. Tech Support Provision:
  6. Respond to technical support requests from NRTK specialists and users within a thirty-minute timeframe.

Requirements:

  1. High school education or higher, with no specific major requirements. At least one year of experience in customer service, after-sales, technical support, or related fields.
  2. Proficient English reading and writing skills.
  3. Experience with office software, including Word, Excel, and email.
  4. Preferred experience in software operations and maintenance.
