Market & Opportunity Analysis: Conduct research on market trends, competitive landscapes, and leading companies to provide actionable insights (desktop research and market reports); Gather, synthesize, and analyze data from various sources to support market expansion recommendations (data and insight consolidation); 2. Financial & Performance Optimization: Monitor the financial and operational performance of the project portfolio, identifying risks, opportunities, and making recommendations to optimize results; Support on Financial feasibility studies for projects; Support preparation of projects and materials for the executive leadership team and stakeholders; 3. Strategy Management Office (SMO): Assist in preparing materials and presentations for the company s strategic planning and review cycle (follow ups, data consolidation & chart preparation); Help track business segment performance for key initiatives against the defined targets; Support the coordination and scheduling of the Strategy Management Office (SMO) meetings, helping to organize agendas and document key takeaways; 4. Strategic Portfolio Management: Support maintenance of governance framework for global strategic programs.
