Sales Admin A Sales Admin is responsible for the entire process of sales, from quotation to delivery, making sure the client gets fully satisfied by receiving excellent service and support. Connection development with the customers is crucial, once knowing them as well as the market helps with the search of the best product/service that will fit their needs. Duties Prepare quotes. Follow-up. System and worksheets updates. Sales. Suppliers management. After-sales. Qualifications Major in Administration, Commercial Management, Foreign Trade, Engineering; Logistics and International Relations. Fluent English (oral and written). Knowledge in sales (desirable). Core Skills Self-management. Clear communication and interpersonal skills. Handling pressure. Ability to solve problems quickly. Participate in the monthly meetings and training. Note Its a home office position, but meetings and training may be held in person. Other details like benefits and salary will be discussed during the interviews. Working from Monday to Friday, with shifts on holidays/weekends when required.
