What to Expect
  • Lead sales efforts at Target and Ulta, as well as other customers as identified by sales leadership
  • Develop and execute annual business plans to drive growth and partnership with customers
  • Build strong relationships and penetrate all levels of management at customer organizations
  • Manage Joint Business Planning (JBP) partnerships and lead shipment forecasting
  • Train and develop associate-level teammates while driving business objectives
What is Required
  • 10-15 years of experience in CPG sales and/or retail merchant/buyer roles
  • Proven track record of success working with Target
  • Deep understanding of Target's financials and Joint Business Planning
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence cross-functionally
