AMARO is seeking a Paid Media Intern to support our paid media squad and scale customer acquisition efforts. You’ll be joining the chapter focused on performance marketing campaigns, media optimization and driving company growth.
You seek to have a significant impact and ownership of a significant marketing budget at a workplace that values taking controlled risks and collaborative work.
**What you'll do**:
- Become an expert in online media channels, such as Google, Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest Ads as well as offline media channels such as pay TV, OOH and other relevant channels;
- Learn how to create, launch and optimize campaigns across different online and offline media channels;
- Execute AMARO’s upper funnel media plan, understanding the best budget allocation among channels;
- Develop new projects and initiatives to reach new people with a data-driven mindset;
- Understand the impact of consideration and awareness campaigns on different company’s KPIs;
- Support the creation and automation of reports to help the Paid Media Squad make better decisions;
- Be in constant contact with our account managers, always staying on top of social media activities, industry trends, digital marketing events and new technologies in order to bring new insights.
**What your qualifications are**:
- Currently completing a Bachelor's degree at a leading university in Business Administration, Economics, Math, Statistics or a related field;
- You are a digitally native person who can quickly adopt new tools and technologies;
- You’re fluent or have an advanced level of English.
**What you have previously done**:
- Some experience with digital marketing is a plus, but not mandatory.
- You were affiliated with a student organization or took part in a project during college, or perhaps you have led your own project
- You are a go-getter who is always excited to build something new.
