As a Lead XTS & Manufacturing Engineer, you will work in a team to develop and support products within the Technology and Project's groups. You will perform scientific, and engineering efforts related to the design of new products and services, as well as control requirements and new designs for customer projects. You will deliver projects through the stages of conception, verification, production and, if necessary, commercialization.

As Lead XTS & Manufacturing Engineer , you will be responsible for:

• Leading a team with expertise and develop leadership within the group.
• Controlling Scope and daily tasks with expertise and in alignment to project and tender schedule.
• Ensuring and promoting good communication across different stakeholders and engineering disciplines.
• Showing and carrying constant work organization tightness.
• Working collaborative with a global engineering community.
• Communicating with Customers in both Portuguese and English .
• Developing Project deliverables and reviewing the work of others, such as but not limited to manufacturing drawings, schematics, P&IDs, procedures, reports, etc.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Bachelor's in mechanical, Electrical or other Engineering bachelors is required.
• Experience with Subsea Project/Product Engineer background. Emphasis required on pre-salt and deepwater Christmas Tree systems
• Experience with major operators in the market, covering product and project's full lifecycle: Conceptual phase, leading to detail engineering, manufacturing and testing support, and field support.
• Proficiency in communicating with Customers in both Portuguese and English .
• Christmas Tree engineering background required for subsea equipment. Knowledge within Vertical and Horizontal Christmas Tree, Tubing Head Spool, Tubing Hanger, Christmas Tree Tooling sets (including Tubing hanger running tool) are mandatory for this role.
• A Cost & Schedule driven mindset.
• Proactiveness and engagement to cover daily tasks.
• Quick learning and resilience skill sets to a changing scenario.
• Availability to travel and support work fronts in different locations in the globe.

Desirable

• Skilled in Engineering Database set up and configuration (SAP or Team Center);
• Masters or Pos-graduation in Engineering.
• Skilled in Engineering based software's (Autocad, Creo, Solid Works, Visio, MSP)
