**Principais Responsabilidades**:
- Gerenciar a área de Go to Market, executando e monitorando as estratégias de acesso ao mercado;
- Estratégias de segmentação de clientes.
- Garantir que a proposta de valor seja aderente para cada segmento de parceiros e clientes;
- Planejamento estratégico anual e de longo prazo, incluindo políticas de rebates, planos de incentivo a novos produtos e relacionamento com clientes;
- Conduzir reuniões e eventos envolvendo os parceiros prioritários e principais clientes.
- Gestão de sistemas/ferramentas e manutenção das políticas de acesso e processos a fim de apoiar a implementação das estratégias de negócios da região.
**Competências Necessárias**:
- Conhecimento em Agronegócios;
- Comunicação;
- Gestão de conflitos e mudanças;
- Inglês Avançado/Fluente;
- Superior Completo em Administração, Economia, Marketing, Engenharia ou Agronomia;
- Desejável Pós-Graduação em Administração, Marketing, Agronegócios ou Gestão de Projetos.
