Technical Support Service Desk Administrator We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Service Desk Administrator to provide exceptional user support in a dynamic, hybrid work environment. This role involves providing technical assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate will possess advanced English and Spanish language proficiency, as well as knowledge of ITIL, Windows, Office 365, and ServiceNow. Experience with mobile devices, network infrastructure, and VPN is also essential. Responsibilities: Provide user support via multiple channels (phone, email, chat) Troubleshoot and support network infrastructure and VPN Maintain and support Windows, Office 365, Outlook, and ServiceNow Analyze, diagnose, and resolve incidents Log incidents and service requests accurately Required Skills & Qualifications: Technical degree in Technology or related field, or higher education in Technology/Systems Minimum 2 years of experience providing user support Advanced English and Spanish language proficiency (validated) Knowledge of ITIL Experience with Windows, Office 365, Outlook Understanding of computer networks and VPN Experience with ServiceNow Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage Supplemental benefits (accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity) Life & disability insurance 401(k) retirement savings Employee assistance program Legal assistance Auto, home, and pet insurance Discounts with preferred vendors
