Responsibilities Understand role requirements and identify qualified talent. Create and manage accurate job postings across relevant platforms. Review and shortlist resumes to match position criteria. Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Conduct initial phone screenings and assess candidate suitability. Support candidate assessments, reference checks, and background verifications. Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate and timely information. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to reach diverse talent pools. Ensure clear, professional communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process. Requirements Advanced proficiency in English (minimum B2 level), both written and spoken. Strong multitasking, prioritization, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Additional language skills are an advantage. Familiarity with talent acquisition processes and recruitment tools.
