What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement loyalty program strategies: Define program goals, design mechanics, and build communication plans to boost member participation and engagement.
- Manage day-to-day program operations: Oversee member onboarding, points accrual and redemption, and ensure a smooth customer support experience.
- Analyze customer data and trends: Gain insights into customer behavior and preferences to tailor loyalty offerings and messaging.
- Create engaging content: Craft compelling communications across channels — email, social media, and more — to promote benefits, offers, and events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and other teams to align loyalty initiatives with broader business goals.
- Track and report on KPIs: Monitor program enrollment, engagement, redemption rates, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Identify opportunities to elevate the experience: Proactively address pain points, optimize processes, and implement new features to drive loyalty.
- Stay ahead of the curve: Keep up with industry trends and best practices to ensure our loyalty program remains competitive and relevant.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset to turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Solid project management abilities to deliver initiatives from planning through execution.
