Job Overview:

  • Administrative professionals with international experience are required to drive the success of our overseas operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. We seek an experienced professional to develop and implement administrative support strategies for our overseas offices, ensuring seamless service delivery and enhanced client satisfaction.
  2. The ideal candidate will establish full lifecycle process systems and quality operational standards for our overseas offices, encompassing office setup, 5S management, workplace safety, emergency response protocols, and ensure continuous monitoring and implementation of these standards.
  3. This role requires analyzing data on administrative costs, workspace utilization, etc., identifying anomalies, driving resolutions, and achieving cost-effective management through optimization and efficiency improvements.
  4. The selected candidate will design vendor solutions tailored to client needs and develop management requirements and performance evaluation frameworks for third-party suppliers.
  5. Overseeing training programs for overseas administrative staff to enhance competencies and drive team empowerment is also a critical aspect of this role.
  6. Additionally, the incumbent will assist with employee onboarding/offboarding procedures and foster a positive workplace atmosphere.
  7. Coordination with functional departments to support the implementation of our overseas operations will be a key responsibility.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher is essential.
  • At least 5 years of administrative experience in an office environment, including at least 2 years of international work or residency experience, is mandatory.
  • Extensive expertise in office operations and facility management is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in space planning and occupancy cost optimization is also required.
  • Demonstrated professional integrity and exceptional performance capabilities are expected.
  • Strong customer service orientation, outstanding communication skills, and innovative problem-solving mindset are essential.
  • Fluency in English (reading, speaking, and listening comprehension) is necessary.
  • Advanced proficiency in Ms Office Suite is required.
  • The ability to accept overseas business trips for a duration of more than one year is necessary.
